Customer obligations

• Use JettyThunder solely for lawful media collaboration and storage orchestration.
• Ensure connected AI services are authorized for the content you proxy into JettyThunder.
• Maintain the confidentiality of admin credentials and rotate API tokens on a regular cadence.

JettyThunder commitments

• Provide 99.9% monthly uptime for the JettyThunder control plane.
• Maintain SOC 2 aligned security controls and industry standard encryption.
• Offer enterprise support with defined SLAs for incident response.

Liability

Except where prohibited by law, JettyThunder's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the incident. We recommend maintaining backups of critical assets in your primary storage systems.
