JettyThunder safeguards customer information with strict administrative, technical, and physical controls. This policy outlines how we collect, process, and secure personal data across the platform.
1. Data ingestion and storage
JettyThunder operates on a zero-move philosophy. Assets streamed from connected services remain in their origin storage tiers and we store only immutable metadata required to power previews, auditing, and collaboration. Uploads performed by your team are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and stored using Seagate Lyve Cloud object-level encryption.
2. Access control
Platform admins define access through role-based policies. We never resell or mine your content. Access logs are retained for a rolling 365-day window and can be exported at any time via the monitoring console.
3. Connected services
When you connect external generators such as Midjourney, Runway, or Sora, JettyThunder stores scoped API tokens in a hardened secrets vault. These credentials are used solely to proxy media into your workspace and are never shared with other tenants.
4. Support requests
If you contact JettyThunder Support we may request temporary diagnostic access. All support sessions are time-bound and recorded for audit.
